AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD, a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago, governing your access to and use of the KOZMIQSOUND™ website, KOZMIQACADEMY™, H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC services, and all related products, services, and digital experiences operated under the MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD umbrella.
By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service offered through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Where you do not agree with any part of these terms, discontinue use of this website and its associated services immediately.

2. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
2.1 This website serves users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent to enroll in any paid program or purchase any product.
2.2 You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
2.3 MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user who engages in conduct that disrupts the integrity, security, or reputation of this platform or any associated entity.
2.4 Automated access, scraping, crawling, or data extraction requires prior written authorisation.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All content on this website remains the exclusive intellectual property of MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD or its licensed partners.
3.2 The following are trademarks of MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD, used under common-law trademark rights. Formal registration is in progress and not yet completed; these marks may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used commercially without written consent: KOZMIQSOUND™, KOZMIQACADEMY™, KOZMIQPRINT™, H1GHEST™, H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC.
3.3 Student work produced within KOZMIQACADEMY™ remains the intellectual property of the student.
3.4 Content submitted through contact/feedback forms grants MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD a non-exclusive license to use it solely to deliver the requested service.
4. KOZMIQACADEMY™ — ENROLMENT AND PROGRAMME TERMS
4.1 Enrolment opens through the official website or ALLENTER SUPPORT SERVICES. All enrolments require an initial vocal assessment session before program commencement.
4.2 Fees appear in USD and TTD at the prevailing exchange rate. Full payment or a confirmed payment plan must complete before access opens. 30 days written notice applies to fee changes.
4.3 Missed sessions without 24 hours notice are forfeited. MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD may reschedule due to instructor availability, force majeure, or technical requirements.
4.4 Progress is assessed by KOZMIQACADEMY™ instructors based on recorded vocal analysis and demonstrated technique, using the equipment and methodology actually in use at the time of instruction. Assessment detail may expand as KOZMIQSOUND™'s methodology and equipment develop; students will be informed of what is measured.
4.5 Withdrawal within 7 days and before the first session: full refund. After commencement: no refund. Outstanding payment plan balances remain due.
5. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
5.1 Transactions process through secure, encrypted systems. Full card details are not stored.
5.2 Pricing appears in USD and TTD; international purchasers bear currency conversion costs.
5.3 Disputed transactions: contact ALLENTER SUPPORT SERVICES before a chargeback. Resolved within 5 business days of full details received.
5.4 Confirmed fraud results in permanent suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA
6.1 Data processed per the Privacy Policy and Trinidad and Tobago law.
6.2 Data collected serves only the purpose stated at collection.
6.3 No sale/rental/sharing of personal data for marketing without explicit consent.
6.4 KOZMIQACADEMY™ student data remains confidential to the student and instruction team; anonymized aggregate data may support methodology research.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 No liability for outcomes outside direct control (artistic results, career outcomes, third-party technical failures).
7.2 Total liability for any claim capped at the amount paid for the specific product/service.
7.3 No liability for data loss, income loss, or consequential damages.
7.4 Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
8. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
8.1 No responsibility for third-party platforms linked from this site.
8.2 ALLENTER SUPPORT SERVICES operates as an independent support partner under MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD oversight.
8.3 Third-party tools integrated into KOZMIQACADEMY™ fall under their own providers' terms.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
9.1 MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD may update these terms at any time; effective date reflects the latest version.
9.2 Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
9.3 Enrolled students notified of material changes by email.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
