1. THE INFRASTRUCTURE

Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property & Global Treasury

MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD (MAML) is the official global operator and distributor of all assets found on this platform.

All technical execution, business support, and administrative infrastructure are facilitated under corporate service contracts by ALLENTER SUPPORT SERVICES (ALLENTER), operating as an independent contractor and local service provider.

All products, digital assets, proprietary methodologies—including the "Future of Sonic Series" and [KOZMIQMIND] frameworks—are the Intellectual Property of H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC (H1).

Use of this site constitutes an agreement to respect these global Intellectual Property Protections.

Local fulfillment and logistics within the Caribbean territory are facilitated under corporate service contracts by our Operational Partner and independent service provider, TMS DISTRIBUTORS NETWORK (TMS).

This Site and the "Future of Sonic" ecosystem are operated by MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD.

All Intellectual assets, proprietary technologies, and creative works showcased herein are owned exclusively by H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC.

Accessing this environment constitutes a formal agreement to respect the sovereignty of these assets.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOVEREIGNTY

All musical works (including masters and stems), architectural designs, trade marks, and the MAMVA curriculum are the private property of H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC.

  • The Treasury Mandate: H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC operates as the centralized International Clearinghouse and Corporate Treasury Center for the ecosystem. All global digital transactions, credit card provisions, and international wire clearings processed across this environment settle directly within its sovereign treasury repositories.

  • Licensing: MALIK ALLSOP MUSIC LTD operates under an exclusive global license to manage and distribute these assets.

  • Contractor Restrictions: Independent contractors, including ALLENTER and TMS, operate strictly as external service vendors. No service provision, infrastructure setup, or localized logistics fulfillment grants any contractor ownership, equity, or claim over the master intellectual assets or global treasury networks of H1GHEST STUDIOS LLC.

  • Enforcement: Unauthorized extraction, reverse-engineering, or reproduction of any asset is a breach of the "Architect" code and will be met with immediate legal enforcement to protect the royalty pool.

​3. MEMBERSHIP & ACADEMY CONDUCT

​Admission to the "Music Lab" or the MAMVA Academy is a high-level privilege.

  • Authority: The Class A Founder retains absolute veto power over any user’s access status.  

  • Termination: We reserve the right to revoke membership and digital credentials if the security or integrity of the Infrastructure is compromised.  
​4. COMMERCIAL GOVERNANCE

  • Finality: Products within the "Architect Series" (e.g., The Runaway Hoodie) are precision-engineered limited assets. All acquisitions are final.  

  • ​Liability: Users are responsible for all technical requirements and roaming fees necessary to maintain their connection to the global infrastructure.
